TICKET KHANA — REFUND POLICY

1. No-Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets purchased through Ticket Khana are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, except where expressly provided under these Terms or required by applicable law.

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided because of:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal circumstances

  • Failure to attend

  • Travel difficulties

  • Transportation problems

  • Weather-related personal decisions

  • Illness or other personal reasons

  • Incorrect ticket selection

  • Late arrival

  • Failure to comply with venue rules

  • Refusal of entry by the Event Organizer or venue for a valid reason

  • Any other reason attributable to the customer

Customers should carefully verify all details before purchasing tickets.

2. Event Cancellation

If an event is officially cancelled by the Event Organizer, Ticket Khana may process refunds in accordance with the refund arrangement applicable to that event.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly announced by Ticket Khana:

90% of the ticket amount will be refunded, while 10% will be retained as a non-refundable processing/service/administrative charge.

The refund does not necessarily include additional expenses incurred by the customer, including:

  • Travel expenses

  • Accommodation expenses

  • Transportation expenses

  • Food expenses

  • Banking/payment charges

  • Other incidental or personal expenses

Ticket Khana shall not be responsible for such additional costs.

Where an event is postponed or rescheduled rather than cancelled, tickets may remain valid for the new date, subject to the Event Organizer’s decision. A postponement does not automatically constitute a cancellation or create a refund entitlement.

3. Event Changes and Rescheduling

The Event Organizer may change the event date, time, venue, performers, program, seating arrangements, or other event details.

Ticket Khana is not responsible for changes made by the Event Organizer.

Where an event is rescheduled, customers should follow the instructions communicated by Ticket Khana and/or the Event Organizer regarding ticket validity.

4. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any event-specific terms, refund policies, privacy policy, and other policies published by Ticket Khana, constitute the agreement between the customer and Ticket Khana concerning the use of Ticket Khana’s services.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket through Ticket Khana, you confirm that:

  1. You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;

  2. You agree to be bound by these Terms;

  3. You understand that Ticket Khana is a third-party ticketing intermediary;

  4. You understand that the Event Organizer is responsible for organizing and conducting the event;

  5. You acknowledge the applicable refund policy;

  6. You understand that attendance at events carries inherent risks; and

  7. You agree to comply with applicable venue and Event Organizer rules.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not purchase or use a ticket through Ticket Khana.
