TICKET KHANA — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Ticket Khana. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ticket Khana website, platform, and ticket-purchasing services.

By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket, or using any service provided by Ticket Khana, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Ticket Khana’s Services

Ticket Khana operates as a third-party ticketing and ticket-sales intermediary/platform.

Ticket Khana does not organize, host, produce, sponsor, manage, or control the events listed on our platform, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The events available through Ticket Khana are organized and conducted by independent third-party event organizers (“Event Organizers”).

Ticket Khana’s primary role is to facilitate the sale and/or distribution of tickets on behalf of or in connection with Event Organizers.

Accordingly, the Event Organizer remains primarily responsible for the organization, management, production, venue arrangements, performers, security, scheduling, event operations, and conduct of the event.

2. Relationship with Event Organizers

Ticket Khana is an independent third-party intermediary and does not represent that it owns or operates any event listed on the platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Ticket Khana has no ownership or management role in the event.

  • Ticket Khana does not control the Event Organizer.

  • Ticket Khana is not responsible for the Event Organizer’s acts, omissions, representations, decisions, or failures.

  • Any disputes concerning the event itself may need to be addressed directly with the relevant Event Organizer.

The listing or sale of a ticket through Ticket Khana should not be interpreted as an endorsement, guarantee, partnership, ownership interest, or assumption of responsibility for the event by Ticket Khana.

3. Event Details

Event information displayed on Ticket Khana, including but not limited to:

  • Event date and time

  • Venue

  • Performers

  • Line-up

  • Ticket categories

  • Ticket prices

  • Seating arrangements

  • Event duration

  • Age restrictions

  • Entry requirements

  • Rules imposed by the Event Organizer

may be provided by the Event Organizer or other third parties.

While Ticket Khana may attempt to display accurate information, we do not guarantee that all event information will remain accurate, complete, current, or unchanged.

Event details may be changed, postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or modified by the Event Organizer.

4. Ticket Purchase

A ticket purchased through Ticket Khana constitutes a purchase of admission to the relevant event subject to the rules and conditions imposed by the Event Organizer and/or venue.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the event information and applicable restrictions before completing a purchase.

Once a ticket purchase has been successfully completed, the customer is responsible for safeguarding their ticket, booking confirmation, QR code, barcode, or other proof of purchase.

Ticket Khana is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, copied, shared, disclosed, or used by another person.

8. Security, Violence, Terrorism and Force Majeure

Ticket Khana shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, death, property damage, financial loss, inconvenience, or other damages arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Terrorist attacks

  • Bomb blasts or explosions

  • Bomb threats

  • Acts of terrorism

  • Armed attacks

  • Riots

  • Civil unrest

  • Fights or violent incidents

  • Crowd disturbances

  • Stampedes

  • Security incidents

  • Fires

  • Natural disasters

  • Earthquakes

  • Floods

  • Severe weather

  • Government actions or restrictions

  • Curfews

  • War or threats of war

  • Strikes

  • Political disturbances

  • Public health emergencies

  • Venue-related incidents

  • Power failures

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Any other force majeure event beyond Ticket Khana’s reasonable control

Ticket Khana does not control the venue, security personnel, law-enforcement arrangements, crowd management, emergency response, or physical conditions at an event.

Customers attend events at their own risk, subject to applicable law and the safety obligations of the Event Organizer and venue.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Venue Entry and Security

Entry to an event is ultimately subject to the rules, policies, security procedures, and requirements of the Event Organizer and venue.

The Event Organizer and/or venue may:

  • Conduct security checks

  • Search attendees where legally permitted

  • Refuse entry for valid reasons

  • Remove attendees who violate venue rules

  • Impose age restrictions

  • Restrict prohibited items

  • Require identification

  • Apply dress codes or other admission requirements

Ticket Khana is not responsible for refusal of entry resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with applicable event or venue requirements.

10. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings while attending an event.

Ticket Khana shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal property, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Third-Party Payment Services

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, banks, wallets, gateways, or financial institutions.

Ticket Khana is not responsible for failures, delays, declines, reversals, technical problems, or additional charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

12. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Tickets

Tickets obtained through unauthorized means, fraudulent transactions, duplication, alteration, resale in violation of applicable rules, or other unlawful activity may be cancelled without notice.

Ticket Khana reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions reasonably suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

13. Ticket Delivery

Depending on the event, tickets may be delivered electronically, through QR codes, booking confirmations, digital tickets, or another method specified at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Ticket Khana is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

14. Website Availability

Ticket Khana does not guarantee that the website or ticketing services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Maintenance

  • Technical failures

  • Server problems

  • Internet disruptions

  • Cybersecurity incidents

  • Third-party service failures

  • Force majeure events

Ticket Khana will make reasonable efforts to restore services where practicable.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ticket Khana shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or unforeseeable losses arising from:

  • Attendance at an event

  • Event cancellation or postponement

  • Changes to an event

  • Actions of an Event Organizer

  • Actions of a venue

  • Actions of performers or other third parties

  • Security incidents

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Travel or accommodation expenses

  • Technical failures

  • Unauthorized use of tickets

  • Delays or disruptions outside Ticket Khana’s reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

16. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing a ticket, you agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate information;

  • Use tickets only for lawful purposes;

  • Not misuse or fraudulently reproduce tickets;

  • Follow Event Organizer and venue rules;

  • Follow reasonable security instructions;

  • Not engage in violence, harassment, illegal activity, or disruptive conduct;

  • Accept responsibility for your own decisions and conduct at the event.

17. Intellectual Property

All Ticket Khana branding, logos, website content, graphics, designs, text, software, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Ticket Khana and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Event names, logos, photographs, trademarks, and other materials belonging to Event Organizers, performers, sponsors, or third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

18. Privacy

Ticket Khana may collect and process customer information necessary to process ticket purchases, provide customer support, communicate event updates, prevent fraud, and operate its services.

Customer information will be handled in accordance with Ticket Khana’s applicable Privacy Policy and applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

Ticket Khana reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated Terms will become effective when published on the Ticket Khana website unless otherwise stated.

Customers are encouraged to review the Terms before purchasing tickets.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or Ticket Khana’s services shall, subject to applicable law, be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the matter.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent authority or court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, where possible.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any event-specific terms, refund policies, privacy policy, and other policies published by Ticket Khana, constitute the agreement between the customer and Ticket Khana concerning the use of Ticket Khana’s services.

23. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket through Ticket Khana, you confirm that:

  1. You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions;

  2. You agree to be bound by these Terms;

  3. You understand that Ticket Khana is a third-party ticketing intermediary;

  4. You understand that the Event Organizer is responsible for organizing and conducting the event;

  5. You acknowledge the applicable refund policy;

  6. You understand that attendance at events carries inherent risks; and

  7. You agree to comply with applicable venue and Event Organizer rules.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not purchase or use a ticket through Ticket Khana.
